Because KPOP is LOVE.
It brings people together,
it has overcome every ugly part of mankind,
fights between countries, racial discriminations, etc.
It is a symbol of unity.
Something so precious.
Yet there are still people who simply can't get it and criticise blindly,
and I'll just tell them, "You don't understand."
That's why haters don't understand.
Because it is love.

REPLY 2002
Just watched MBLAQ Idol Manager EP9.
g.o.d went as guests and Mir was freaking hyper cuz he is a g.o.d fan.
Seeing him fanboy really gives me goosebumps because from the scene, I see my reflection, and I see the future of KPOP groups.
This is KPOP.
Generations of Koreans are passionate about music,
whether they are the ones performing on stage, or cheering for the singers downstage,
they love music nonetheless.
In the previous Superstar K competition, 1 in 25 Koreans took part in the audition.
When the time comes, seniors have to give way to hoobaes,
but they don't vanish from the scene. They still play a big role, their relationship is beautiful.
Just like in SM, how KANGTA and BoA guide their junior,
they paved the way,
they built the name for SM, and that's how Girls' Generation, SHINee are born.
In turn, SNSD etc bring opportunities to them as well, allowing SMtown to be held around the world.
It is a interdependent relationship.
A beautiful story.
Idol groups of today, will eventually have to walk the path of h.o.t, g.o.d, and the limelight will go to a newer generation of idols.
Fans will have to see their idols' popularity die down,
but their passion resides in their hearts.
Like Mir.
The whole journey will accompany us.
We will always be reminded of the laughters and tears we shared,
with our idols and with our fellow comrades in the fandom.
"I think the greatest power of music and why it's so precious, is its ability to save our memories. Whether ten, or twenty years have passed, when you hear a particular song, all the memories from that period come back to you." -Kim Tae Woo (g.o.d)

Finally, it's Friday again!
Kinda happy.
Because it's the end of the school week again!~
Wheeeeeeeeee
Sabbaticals.
Finally found the list of people who are going to the same sabbats as me.
And freaking LYS is in the same sabbats as me for Day TWO.
I AM FREAKING HAPPY!!!
And she is the only one I know for Day TWO, (surprisingly I know quite a lot of the people for Day ONE)
I couldn't believe it when I saw her name, and thought maybe it is just someone else with the same name.
Because LYS is from choir, quiet quiet kind (okay not really), but just not the type who will choose Korean Hip Hop.
Must be because of me:D
Sitting with me and spending your entire Sec4 year with me must have done something to you, huh? :DDD
So, I am happy and excited for sabbats, because of the courses I have chosen, and the people who are going. Time to reveal my courses? Okay, I've already mentioned my Day TWO course is Korean Hip Hop, and my Day ONE IS BELOVED KPOP DANCE :D
Next thing that makes me happy NOW (not today because the day wasn't exactly that nice)
is... are... erm, the little decisions in life.
This may sound silly and childish 'cuz the things are so small and maybe insignificant,
but precisely 'cuz it's so simple, it's nice and fuzzily heartwarming.
I decided to take the train,
decided to go buy icecream from Mcs,
decided to buy vanilla cone instead of my usual McFlurry,
decided to take the bus,
decided to buy magazines.
HEHE :)
Then now for the things that make the day, not so pleasant.
PHY paper ONE.
Well, okay maybe I can classify this as neutral. Because I thought my results could have been worse.
So, despite failing (as expected), I am ... haiz satisfied?
By the way, I have been telling my friends/people around me,
and preparing myself at the same time, that if I did not meet the promotional criteria,
I am likely to move on to poly. Yup.
I know course I want to take, and I know I won't need whatever knowledge A levels prep will equip me,
therefore... why not?
Going to end this post soon,
but last thing. Lessons with 6J are always so fun and funny.
BYE BYE!
Going watch my videos naoooo :)

PS something I read:
Me: I found the love of my life!
lol but for me, it is not him, but THEM. ahahah

I AM (II)
Well, today is the end of promos!
Seriously hope I am able to pass and promote.
Meanwhile, it's celebration time!
Met up with mel straight after this morning's Physics paper.
Ate, and shopped.
Guess what I got today?
I AM SM Town Live at Madison Square Garden DVD!!
Then we left for our homes, and on the way, I was "craving" for magazines to read, and crossed over to the... what is that called? Newspapers stand?
And got this month's Teenage.
I hesitated though. 'Cuz not much Kpop this issue.
But I bought it nonetheless because 1. I CROSSED THE BRIDGE FOR THIS NO WAY IM GONNA WASTE MY EFFORT. 2. I was really craving for mags.
And the lazy me took the bus home. (Just one stop wts)
SO, BACK TO THE MAIN TOPIC OF THIS POST!
I AM!
Just finished rewatching.
Cried again.
It. Was. Freaking. Awesome.
How they asked the artistes about their names and identities in the introduction.
Then their trainee days.
Then suddenly BANG BOA!
And the viewers will go OH YEAH THERES BOA! THE QUEEN OF KPOP!
And then their debut day. D-DAY.
I really liked how they dated their predebut videos counting down. It really shows how long they have trained for, for a mere 3minutes performance.
I liked the ending too.
How they used 'Hope', the traditional SM song, which they have been using as the ending song for all SMtown concerts. And how they tied in their feelings immediately after debut stage. How the parents waited for them backstage and the hugs. And tears.
This, is SMtown.
The label with all my favourite artistes.
The cradle for KPOP,
where many groups are the leaders of today's Hallyu wave.
These, are teenagers filled with everlasting passion.
For music. For the stage.
SMTOWN.

Though I know this is how the system works.
But with so many groups debuting, running on the kwave...
They are getting overlooked.
Even if there are some real talents they prob wont get big.
'Cause focus is still on the 07/08/09 groups and the most the new groups from the big companies get some recognition.
And these newbies trained just as hard too.
Imagine if you trained so hard to be a star,
and you cant last long and fade away... :(
